⚡︎ Payment Process ⚡︎
⟡⧽ Once I have completed your song and you are satisfied with it, There will be a 24 hour clock that begins.
↳⟡⧽ During that 24 hour period, you have the ability to make any changes whatsoever that you see fit.HOWEVER:
⟡⧽ After you have made 10 total changes within that 24 hour span, there will be no further changes allowed.
↳⟡⧽ Remember, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ask for changes before the 24 hour clock begins.⟡⧽ Once that 24 hour clock has concluded, there will be another 24 hour clock that begins for payment.⟡⧽ Once that clock has begun, you will be given 24 hours to pay for your song. If you have not paid for your song within those 24 hours, Your song will be scrapped.
↳⟡⧽ If supplied efficient reasoning, you can be given extra time to provide payment. However, abuse of this clause can result in a permanent commission blacklist, or cancellation of the commission.

⟡⧽ It is YOUR JOB as the Commissioner to notify me of changes you would like made to your song.⟡⧽ Once payment has been made, All changes are final.⟡⧽ No Refunds.
↳⟡⧽ If you wish to cancel your commission at any time before payment, you can do so.⟡⧽ I will regularly send you updates on your song. Please do not constantly nag me about sending previews.

⟡⧽ Prices are subject to change with market fluctuations within my current residence.⟡⧽ FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED once the song is complete. See the left category "Payment Process" for more details.
⟡⧽ If your song contains a loop, then the length will be up until the END of the loop. (AKA, The song length accounted for will be the Intro + Main Loop)
⚡︎ Commission TOS ⚡︎⚡︎ When commissioning me, you agree to the following terms ⚡︎
⟡⧽ I. ⧽ I (The Author) (Tobii) have every right to cancel any commission that is requested from any commissioner if I (Tobii) believe that I cannot fulfill it.⟡⧽ II. ⧽ Requested commissions cannot exceed a total length of 5 minutes.
↳⟡⧽ If your song contains a loop, the loop must not exceed 5 minutes.⟡⧽ III. ⧽ You are not allowed to post my music to any form of distributing or streaming service, such as (but not limited to) Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, DistroKid, or anything that I have not listed here.⟡⧽ IV. ⧽ You are allowed to post videos of said song to YouTube.
↳⟡⧽ Lacking credit or failure to provide proper credit in the description or in the video will result in copyright take-down claims without notice, and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.⟡⧽ V. ⧽ If you wish to copyright someone for using your song, Do not take it upon yourself to submit the copyright claim. Message me (Tobii) and I will handle it personally.
↳⟡⧽ It will be solely up to my discretion if I submit the claim or not. If I believe it is not a violation, I will not submit a claim. Claim's must be completely unbiased.⟡⧽ VI. ⧽ Failure to properly credit me (Tobii) will result in take-down requests without notice.
↳⟡⧽ Repeated violations can result in removal of song rights.⟡⧽ VII. ⧽ Attempting to claim the song as your own creation will result in the invalidation of your commission with no refund. You will lose all rights to your song, and you will not be allowed to use it.⟡⧽ VIII. ⧽ If I (Tobii) deem you as problematic, and/or find you to have been involved in any form of drama, I (Tobii) have all rights to void the commission at any stage, and requesting my name removed from any and all credit to avoid involvement.
↳⟡⧽ This does not grant you immunity to Term VII.⟡⧽ IX. ⧽ There will be no refunds available once payment has been processed. If your commission is voided after payment due to TOS Violations of any of these terms, you will not receive any form of a refund.⟡⧽ X. ⧽ You (The Commissioner) will not wait until the very last minute to point out problems with the song. You will not delay responses, and respond honestly.⟡⧽ XI. ⧽ If you have previously violated any of these Terms, You can be subject to increased commission prices, and/or permanent blacklisting from commissioning.⟡⧽ XII. ⧽ If you (The Commissioner) are blacklisted, You will not be unblacklisted and you will not be able to commission, request, or participate in any Free Music raffles that I (Tobii) host. The blacklist will remain permanently, and with no appeal.⟡⧽ XIII. ⧽ You are not allowed to resell any commissions purchased from me (Tobii) under any circumstances. Doing so will result in a permanent blacklist.⟡⧽ XIV. ⧽ Attempting to edit, void, or stretch any of the terms and conditions is strictly prohibited.⟡⧽ XV. ⧽ I do not take any form of commissions from Trump Voters, or people who associate themselves with MAGA. Find someone else to commission.⟡⧽ XVI. ⧽ Any use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and any of its subsidiaries is strictly prohibited with a purchased song. Utilizing Artificial Intelligence will result in an immediate blacklist with zero negotiation.⟡⧽ XVII. ⧽ The terms you must abide by with your song are the terms that were set at the time of payment transaction.
